Services for students

Service to distance students

If you are currently enrolled in Unitec courses and studying in a distance-mode course you may be eligible for our distance services.  All services provided to students are also available to distance students.

Overseas students can benefit from this service too, but with some restrictions - please contact the library for details.

Specifically, services that the library can provide to distance students:

  1. Posting of books out to you within New Zealand.  A prepaid envelope is sent with each item, so you can return it to the library at no cost.
  2. Emailing scanned copies of book chapters and articles within Copyright guidelines

Please contact the library to discuss this option and so that we can set up this service for you.
