Your appointment

Congratulations! You have booked a meeting with one of the services supporting your learning.   

You will have received an email confirming the appointment.  It includes who the meeting is with, the time and date of the meeting and where the meeting will be held. 

More detailed instructions are included below.   If in doubt, then please check in at the Ask Me Desk.

At the bottom of the email is a link you can use to cancel the appointment if you no longer need to meet up with the support service.

Look for the team that you are booked with and check on the map where to meet them.

Access4Success (Disability Services)
  • Access4Success drop-in space (Room 180-1110) for support of disabled learners is located opposite Student Central.
Careers Consultants
  • Mt Albert - Check in at the iPad located on Level 2 of Te Puna. Go up the stairs in front of Subway, and turn left at the first level up. Look for the large wooden koru pod outside room 180-2060. See Te Puna maps

International Support Advisors

Learning Advisors (Study Skills)

  • Waitakere - Appointments are held within the library on Level 3 of Building 520.  Access is via the airbridge from B510. See Waitākere maps
Māori Learning Advisors
  • Mt Albert - Maia Māori Centre (Room 180-1001) is located near the entrance to Te Puna (B180) opposite the Pacific Centre. You can go straight to Maia and meet your learning advisor there. See Te Puna maps
  • Waitakere - Appointments are held within the library on Level 3 of Building 520. Access is via the airbridge from B510. See Waitākere maps
Pacific Learning Advisors
  • Mt Albert - The Pacific Centre (Room 180-1101) is located at the entrance to Te Puna opposite the Maia Māori Centre. You can go straight to the Pacific Centre and meet your learning advisor there. See Te Puna maps
  • Waitakere - Appointments are held within the library on Level 3 of Building 520. Access is via the airbridge from B510. See Waitākere maps
Maths and Science Learning Advisors 
  • Mt Albert - The Maths and Science study help space is located behind the Polynesian mat on Level 2 of Te Puna. Go up the stairs in front of Subway, and turn left at the first level up. Look for the large wooden koru pod outside room 180-2060. See Te Puna maps
  • Waitakere - Appointments are held within the library on Level 3 of Building 520.  Access is via the airbridge from B510. See Waitākere maps
Student Central (Laptop pickup and drop-off)
  • Mt Albert - Student Central is located in 180-1002.  This is near the entrance, adjacent to building 110. Come immediately to Station 6 within Student Central. See Te Puna maps
