Mendeley

Mendeley is a free, cloud-based, citation and PDF manager. This referencing software allows you to find, manage, store and cite your sources and access them online on any device.  Unitec Library offers Mendeley workshops for students and staff.

Step 1: Create an account

Step 2: Download the software

Step 3: ensure you have these two components:

• Web Importer (browser extension); and
• MS Word Plugin OR Mendeley Cite (citation plugin)
