Microsoft TEAMS is the software that Unitec is using to run meetings online.
- You will receive an appointment confirmation email from the advisor with a link to the TEAMS meeting.
- Click on the link in this email. That will open a web page, where you'll see two choices: (1) Continue on this browser and (2) Join on the Teams app. You don't need to install the Teams app to join the meeting.
If you join the meeting on your browser, Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome both work.
You can sign into the meeting up to 10 minutes before the meeting time. This will give you time to get organized, and make sure everything is working.
- Sign in with your name, so the advisor knows you have arrived.
