Glean is a cloud-based Audio and Notetaking support tool, working within your Internet Browser or through your Mobile/Tablet App. Capture your Lecture notes using Audio and Text recording, incorporate your slides, and access the material across any device as all recordings are housed in the Cloud. Automatically transcribe your audio recordings into text at the push of a button and use visuals and external links to support your notes.

Helperbird is a browser extension that gives you a huge range of features to control and edit your interaction with websites and other online material. Through a click of a button, you can change the font, and background colour, use a variety of overlays and rulers, and enable text-to-speech plus hundreds more.

Grammarly is an AI-powered application that can help you communicate and write more effectively. It corrects grammatical mistakes, makes your writing more understandable, and gives the right impression and tone. You can use it across your entire desktop in almost every program requiring text input.
Unitec are providing the Premium Version of Grammarly. You are allocated a licence to use on any devices you require the software to function. Grammarly's generative AI capabilities are not available for Unitec students.
