IMPORTANT: Helperbird Premium uses the email address for the account that is currently signed in to your browser.
1. You need to sign-in to your browser using your Unitec email address. Sync must be turned on to give Helperbird access to your email address.
Create an account for your Unitec email address if you do not already have one.
2. Click on the following link which will take you to the Helperbird website and click the Download Now button on the top right-hand corner of the screen select the browser you are using: Helperbird Website
3. Once you have downloaded and installed the extension, click on the extension in the top right corner of your browser and select the COG icon on the top right-hand side of the extension window
4. A drop down menu will show, and then select Login
5. A new tab will open showing an Account and Subscription page. Click the login button and follow the prompts to input your Email address using your Unitec Student or Staff Email.
6. You should see confetti and be logged in with your Pro account activated. "Unlimited" will now be written next to Helperbird, instead of "Free".
NOTE: Helperbird uses the account that is currently signed in on your browser. To make the setup smooth setup a new account in your browser using your Unitec email address.

4. A new tab will open showing an Account and Subscription page. Scroll down to the Subscription section and enter the Subscription Key sent to you by our AT Advisor (more information on this at the top of this page). Then click the Check Subscription Key
5. You should see confetti and be logged in with your Pro account activated.
