Mental Health and Wellbeing

Your mental health and wellbeing are important. Learning valuable life skills for managing your wellbeing will benefit all aspects of your life during your studies and beyond. If you are struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, fear or lonliness, you aren't alone.

 If you are experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety or depression while at Unitec, you may find it helpful to try mindfulness. Smiling Mind offers a free app to help you practice your daily meditation and mindfulness exercises from any device.
