Drop-ins for Student Support Advisors

When: Monday and Thursday 11am-1pm

Where: Te Puna (B180 - Level 1) beside sushi outlet

There is no drop-ins during semester breaks

Visa Services

When: 25 Nov - 6 Dec (except 5 Dec)  11am - 2pm

Where: Te Puna (B180 - Level 1) Opposite the Ask Me Desk

The International team at Te Puna

The International Team is now based in Building 180 - Te Puna Hub. You can now book to meet with your Student Support Advisor, or the Visa/ Insurance/ Homestay Advisor when needed. The best way to do this is to us call on 0800 10 75 10 or make your own booking below. The advisors are available from Monday- Friday, 9am- 3pm.

Please note: There is no guarantee that you will be able to meet with the exact advisor that you are here for without prior appointments. We recommend making an appointment before turning up to avoid disappointment.

From 1 April a drop-in session will be held on Monday and Thursday from 11am to 1pm in Te Puna (B180) Support area beside sushi outlet

  • I have an issue with my lecture or course
  • I have a concern or complaint

Homestay questions For example
  • Can you provide a homestay for me
  • I want to complain about my homestay
  • How much does homestay charge

  • When will I get my refund?
  • Where can I find my refund form?
