Valid visa | I am waiting for a valid visa - can I attend class? | No, you need to wait until your valid visa comes through. Your offer letter will indicate the latest possible start date. You can phone or email the International Admissions Advisors for any further questions about your offer, or contact studentvisa@unitec.ac.nz for questions about your visa. |

Attendance / SEATs |
I haven’t received my attendance letter. I have received a letter about my attendance but I am not happy with the total percentage. |
Please check your email again, INCLUDING the junk and trash boxes. Book an appointment with any of international team within Student Success that is Visa/Insurance and Support Advisors If you are not happy with percentage, please ensure you have evidence of why your attendance percentage should be higher |

Re-enrolment

No, International students must submit a new application. This is due to NZQA regulations and having valid English Language evidence. An Advisor will get in touch with you once a new application is received. |
