Insurance

I have a query regarding my insurance.

Visa - general

I have a general query regarding my visa

Visa application ready to submit I have a visa application ready to submit. Book an appointment with the Visa Support staff.
Valid visa I am waiting for a  valid visa - can I attend class? No, you need to wait until your valid visa comes through. Your offer letter will indicate the latest possible start date.

Offer Letter I need an offer letter for my visa application. Best option:  For offer letter-related enquiries email international@unitec.ac.nz

Attendance / SEATs

I haven’t received my attendance letter.

OR

I have received a letter about my attendance but I am not happy with the total percentage.

Please check your email again, INCLUDING the junk and trash boxes.

Book an appointment with any of the international team within Student Success that is Visa/Insurance and Support Advisors

Re-enrolment
Taken a break from studies
I have had a break from my studies. Can I go through the ‘re-enrolment’ process?

No, International students must submit a new application. This is due to NZQA regulations and having valid English Language evidence. An Advisor will get in touch with you once a new application is received.

Failed a paper/ course I have failed a course. Can I re-enrol in the course for free?
