There are some cases where the firewall at some workplaces will block access to the full text library resources.
Appearance: If you click on a database, eBook or to open the full text of an article and you find that the browser times out or is unable to load the page, your access is being blocked by a firewall.
Solution: To resolve this, contact the person who looks after the network at your workplace and ask them to unblock the Library resources.
A browser may save your login details from Moodle and try to log you into the Library resources with them, even though the password may be different.
Appearance: When you click to access a resource, it will go straight to a failed login screen.
Solution: Clear the cookies from your browser and then restart the browser and try again.
