Error Message on Adobe Digital Editions
If your Adobe Digital Editions (for laptops/computers) is giving you an error message, a quick-fix could be to unauthorize and re-authorize it.
Do this by pressing Ctrl + Shift + D and entering your password.
Then press Ctrl + Shift + U to re-authorise Adobe Digital Editions.
Alternatively, you can unauthorise and re-authorise using the options under the 'Help' menu.
Problems downloading e-books to OneDrive.
If your OneDrive has little or no memory space, this can affect the download process. Make room on your OneDrive,by unauthorizing then re-authorizing your Adobe Digital Editions and trying the download process again. (See the steps above for how to do this.)
Alternatively, you can change the download location away from your OneDrive.
In Firefox, Click on on the top right of your screen and Click on Options. Under the General tab, look for the 'Downloads' section where you can change where to download files to.
In Google Chrome, Click on on the top right of your screen and Click on Settings. Scroll to the bottom of that page and click on Advanced. Scroll down to the 'Downloads' section where you can change where to download files to.
In Opera, Click on on the left hand side of your screen. (If this icon doesn't appear, click on the three dots at the bottom of the left-hand column to get it to appear.) Scroll to the bottom of that page and click on Advanced. Scroll down to the 'Downloads' section where you can change where to download files to.
