LibCal and bookings

This page is to help Unitec Student Success staff manage bookings by students

Change an appointment to a Zoom appointment

  1. Go to LibCal and select Appointments
  2. Find the appointment that is a face-to-face one (Location is not Zoom)
  3. Click on edit button for When
  4. Change the location to Zoom m Send confirmation to user, and Click on update appointment.

All Done!
