LibCal and bookings

This page is to help Unitec Student Success staff manage bookings by students

For help with any of these issues, please contact

Your question will be directed to the Library and Information Team Leader aligned with your area.

To locate your LibCal appointment

  1. Click on the Orange button on the left-hand side.
  2. Log into LibCal using your Unitec Office365 login 
  3. Make sure you are in LibCal. Click on Appointments in the orange command bar
  4. You will now see all your LibCal appointments from today onwards. In the mini-calendar on the left
    • RED – indicates an appointment made in LibCal
    • ​​ORANGE – indicates that your Outlook calendar says that you are busy
    • ​GREEN – available timeslots for making appointments


    HINT: You can see appointments in the past by clicking on the "View Past Appointments" button above the current appointments.  
  5. To see the responses to the questions asked at the time of making a booking, click on the View  beside Booking Form Responses.
