Vendors' copyright terms of use

1. Can I link from Moodle to ETV?
   Yes you can put a URL link to to ETV or a program within it on Moodle to allow students to access the content.
2. Can I make multiple print copies of content within this database ? 
   Yes 
3. Can I put a digital copy of content within this database on Moodle or other course related system requiring student login?
   Yes
4. Inter-library loan permitted?
   No
5. Can I download copies on a CD or USB stick?
   Yes

"Under the terms of the Screenrights Licensing Scheme Agreement Members may: Copy the entire programme or excerpts of that programme - Make copies of copies of programmes - Copy on any format including VHS, Computer, CD or DVD,. Any copies must be clearly labeled with the name of the educational establishment, the title of the programme, the date of the broadcast, and the date the copy was made. Members agree to keep records of subsequent copies that may be collected by Screenrights and its agents if they are selected to be surveyed by Screenrights"
