Can I use genAI with this database?
There is no specific reference to genAI in our agreement with Standards NZ but as a general rule, in order to comply with our license agreements Unitec students and staff should not use library databases or the materials within them in conjunction with a generative artificial intelligence solution. The only exceptions to this is exceptions allowed under the Copyright Act, or using genAI functionality that is built into the database as part of the product.
